- The regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of BALTYCKA OSADA OSHO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ UL. BAŁTYCKA 35, 76-107 JAROSŁAWIEC
- The payment for the stay is collected from the Guest on the day of arrival (in advance) – at the latest one hour after the arrival.
- The basis for the Guest’s check-in is the presentation of an identity card or passport and signing the registration card.
- The hotel day lasts from 14 to 11
- People who are not checked in the facility may stay on its premises from 10 am to 10 pm
- There is a curfew from 22:00 to 6:00. The property may refuse to continue providing services to a person who breached this rule.
- The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire property. In the event of a breach of this rule, guests will be charged the cost of refreshing the room: PLN 1000.
- Pets are allowed / prohibited in hotel rooms. Only with the consent of the facility employee upon payment of an additional fee. If it is forbidden to do so: Failure to do so will result in a penalty of PLN 100 for each day the pet is in the room.
- There are fire detectors installed in every room and corridors. If the fire alarm is triggered, the Guest will be charged PLN 1000.
- The rooms are cleaned after the departure of the lessors.
